Hi! Are leaks coming from the transmission the only leaks? I see also it sounds like the ABC suspensions system will need to be replaced.
Do you have a Carfax so I can see historical maintenance history? Almost 2 years now since the last service would make me want to see this. When was the engine out service completed, how comprehensive?

According to our inspection the transmission does not have leaks. There have been some leaks identified around the oil pan. The suspension also does not have and leaks or damages and passes our road test.
Carfax can be found under "Vehicle history" on the listing, which shows very, very regular service at Portola Valley Garage since the current owner has had it since 2010.
